If you wish to own our beautiful jewelry and wanted it shipped to a country not listed above, please contact us and we will do our best to organise it for you.

Processing times

We work with suppliers from around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers strive to have your order dispatched from their warehouses within 1-3 business days after you have placed your order.

However, please bear with us in case extra time is spent on checking and perfecting your items, particularly during peak seasons. Thus, orders can sometimes take 3-6 business days to process and dispatch after placing your order. Products are not shipped on weekends.

Tracking numbers

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number. You will be able to check where your order is at all times. Please allow a few business days to see movement.

Unexpected delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than standard shipping times. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that is not in our control.
