We do not accept returns. Please ask for a refund and simply donate your item to a charity instead.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied or change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, and have your receipt or proof of purchase, you can obtain a refund. Simply email it to us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
